How much does it cost? The price guide is $4,400-$4,600, we will confirm price ASAP.

What does this include? It is an all inclusive trip i.e. it covers all travel and accommodation and services offered in the brochure, but does not cover spending money, sightseeing entry fees and travel insurance.*

What are the Dates? The tour leaves on the 10 February 2018 and returns on 22 February 2018.

Do I have to go to Waikato University? NO, the tour is open to any player living anywhere in NZ.

Who is coaching the team? Former All white and national league Coach, Che Bunce will coach the team here in NZ and in the USA. Che has experience at taking touring teams to USA and has extensive connections there.

How do I get selected? We will choose a team of layers based on a combination of attributes, including ability but we also want players with great attitudes and commitment. A trial date will be announced ASAP.

What age groups are you taking? We are taking an U19 and an U16 team (born 1999 or later and 2002 and later) U19 is the best placed age group for impending scholarships, and the U16 level is an age where coaches will monitor your progress with a view to scholarships at a later date.

What kind of tour is it? It is a tour for those serious about their football and who want to obtain a scholarship in the USA. Che will run the tour similar to that of an NZ international team and will demand the same high standards.

Why should I go on this tour? This is the best way to get in front of several university head coaches, we cannot guarantee that you will get offered a scholarship. But we can offer you one of the best shop windows US soccer has to offer.  We can guarantee you an unbelievable football experience.

Who will be watching? There will be multiple head coaches from division 1-3 in attendance of all games. This puts you in front of head coaches in the flesh, rather relying on recruitment agencies to advertise your talents via video/CV alone.

How can I be involved? The first step is to fill out the preliminary Application Form above and send it to wufa.info@gmail.com, its a simple one pager that’s easy to fill out.

What are the next steps? We will have a trial and/or have a selection panel choose players based on references. Next step we will select the squad of 18. A deposit will be due to secure your place. Final step is full payment will be due approximately 45 days before we depart.
